Strettons Business Hub Terms of Use
TERMS OF USE:
Welcome to Strettons Business Hub We’re excited to have you here! We’ve created a space where our customers can work or meet for free. Every time you book a space with us, you agree to these terms.
We may update these terms on our website from time to time, so be sure to check back. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
1. How to Book
– Who Can Book: If you’re 18 or older and a Strettons customer, you’re welcome to book a space with us.
– Booking Made Easy: Just visit our Strettons Business Hub page and follow the simple steps to book. You’ll need to Provide your business name and contact details. Please choose a space that suits the size of your group.
– If Plans Change: If you need to cancel, just use the link in your confirmation email. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we might have to cancel your booking to keep things running smoothly.
– Group Size: Make sure your group doesn’t exceed the space’s maximum capacity. You’re responsible for everyone in your group.
– When We’re Open: The Strettons Business Hub page is open from 8am till 4.30pm, Mon to Fri.
– Fair Use: We aim to offer our spaces fairly, so usage is at our discretion and may change over time.
– Availability: Spaces are subject to availability, and sometimes we may need to limit bookings or close a Hub temporarily or permanently.
2. Making the Most of the Strettons Business Hub
– Your Booking: Your booking gives you a temporary right to use the space under these terms.
– What’s Allowed: Feel free to conduct any lawful activities that you’d usually do in a professional office. All meeting either in person or online need to be in a meeting room. The co-working space is not appropriate for meetings of any kind.
– Our Policies: Please follow our policies, especially when it comes to health, safety, and security.
– Be Respectful: We ask that you treat others with respect, keep the space tidy, and return any items you use.
– Privacy in Shared Spaces: Be mindful when discussing sensitive information, as these are shared spaces. For safety and security, we may use CCTV.
– Your Belongings: Keep an eye on your belongings, as we can’t take responsibility for them. Also, please don’t have mail sent to the Hub.
– Care for the Space: Please don’t damage or make changes to the space or its contents. If something does happen, you’ll be responsible for the costs.
– No Guarantees: We can’t guarantee that the space will be perfect for your specific needs, but we hope it meets your expectations.
– No Formal Partnerships: Using our space doesn’t create any formal business relationship between us, like a partnership.
3. Keeping Everyone Safe
– Your Role: We all play a part in keeping the Hub safe. Please follow health and safety regulations, comply with any additional guidelines (especially related to health concerns like COVID-19), report any issues to our staff, and follow emergency procedures if needed.
4. Liability
– If Something Goes Wrong: If your use of the space causes us any costs, you’ll need to cover those.
– Our Limitations: We’re not responsible for any losses related to your use or the unavailability of a space, including damage to your belongings or loss of income.
5. Our Rights
– Our Say: We have the final say on how these terms are applied.
– Access: We may need to limit or remove your access to the Hub at any time.
– No Time Limit: Even if we don’t enforce our rights right away, we can still do so later.
– Partial Invalidity: If any part of these terms isn’t enforceable, the rest still apply.
6. Your Privacy Matters
– Using Your Information: We may collect, store, and use the information you provide when booking or using the Hub to manage our services and improve your experience.
